WHO WE ARE

MODERN PROPACK PVT LTD is the PET division of STAR GROUP. Coined in 2016, it serves as an extension of its mother entity MODERN PLASTIC TUBES, which was established in the year 2011. This facility is dedicated to manufacture THREE PRODUCT SEGMENTS- PET PREFORMS & BOTTLES- for packaging of Agro-chemical, Pharmaceutical, Liquor and Beverages. LABEL PRINTING- Shrink Sleeve, Through Cut Label in roll & sheet form, self-adhesive and pressure sensitive. And the Last Segment is that of HDPE BOTTLES- produced by IBM Technology for packaging of agro-chemical products.

MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Our High Quality PET BOTTLES are manufactured by ISBM technology. The machines for ISBM are state of the art from world renowned Japanese firm NESSI ASB Machines CO., LTD. We adopt the IBM Technology for HDPE BOTTLES manufactured with VICTOR IBM Machines from Taiwan and IM Technology for PET PREFORMS. Our products will have accurate thread finish for better closure fitting and will adhere to all major quality standards. For LABEL PRINTING we have an advanced 10 color printing machine-Omet-I-Flex 370 from Italy, loaded with modern technology to produce labels with high precision & special features.

STRATEGIC PLANT LOCATION

Our state of the art Plant is located at Bari Brahmana in Jammu. Our plant is very well connected by roadways lying beside NH44 (Srinagar-Kanyakumari Highway), which ensures smooth Logistical delivery from our unit.

Alaska Preforms

Alaska preforms are commonly used for manufacturing PET bottles for drinking water. Alaska preforms have a standard neck diameter of 28 millimeters.

PET preforms are a fast and easy way to manufacture bottles for various applications.
The PET preforms have various standards that are defined by their neck finish.
The Alaska PET preforms are mostly used for the manufacture of drinking water bottles.
They can be used for making pet containers that hold up to two liters of drinking water.

We offer a wide range of preforms which we manufacture on the world’s best SACMI Injection Molding Systems.

PCO Preforms

PCO preforms are used for the manufacture of PET bottles for packaging of carbonated soft drinks and juices.
PCO neck finish is also available in a short variant with fewer threads. and have 28mm neck diameter.
We offer PCO preforms 1881 manufactured from the world’s best SACMI Injection Molding Systems.

Caps & Closures

We manufacture our caps with the best ever SACMI’s Compression molded machines which gives us an excellent product quality product along with higher output.

1881 CSD – without liner

A later version of 1881 closures made of HDPE eliminating the need for liner while maintaining gas tightnes
Suitable for carbonated beverages.
